Overall, it is a great place and service with attention to all minor details. The staff, every one of them, is some of the friendliest and most supportive hotel staff I dealt with. They are all nice and professional and try to support in every way. Special thanks to Mai and Jessy for their great leadership, attentivness and support. I didn't book breakfast, but ordered some dinner and appetizer options. The taste and presentation were on point. They also offered numerous complimentary snacks and drinks which was a lovely gesture. On my birthday, they surprised me with a beautiful cake and a message :) and many of them wished me a happy birthday. That was truly nice of them. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean with great design for comfort. I definitely loved my stay there and would be back if I'm in Lombok again.

This was one of my best stays throughout my entire trip! The team were amazing throughout. Super helpful, very kind and had some great referrals as I was not well during my team. The room was gorgeous and had the cutest little additions. From fresh fruit every day, homemade cookies and the best slippers. I really felt super special. The room was also gorgeous, really spacious and an amazing bed. The room has an outdoor patio and the bathroom is the star of the show. Outdoor bathtub and shower was amazing! Got to take a selfie with the amazing team.

Every aspect has been carefully thought through, the food was amazing, the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable and the environment was really beautiful. The staff were exceptional, and provided freshly squeezed juices and hand-made biscuits and snacks everyday. I highly recommend Ayom Suites. I loved the outdoor spaces and the pool. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. You can hear the call to prayer from the local mosques but this added to the atmosphere of Mataram.

This is the second time that I stayed at Ayom Suite and it was as good as the first time. The stay was comfortable and the staff were so attentive and friendly during our stay. They took a casual remark by my mom that it was hot in the restaurant and they moved the tables and chairs to set up space for us to dine in an aircon room. I have never seen customer service as good as the one they have shown from other accommodations that I stayed during my trip. They also provided complimentary drinks and biscuits during the stay and gave new biscuits everyday which goes well with the tea and the brownie bits were so addictive and yummy. I brought a bike and during the night when it rained they helped to keep my helmet aside as well which was really nice. The pool water was also warm at night which was great for a swim. Location is fantastic as the place is in the city centre and just 10 minutes away from Lombok Epicentrum Mall and there are many dining places around. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Mataram as the experience was 10/10.

Absolutely the best hotel experience for a while! They do their absolute best to make your stay 10/10. Food is great and they can cook/prepare food outside of the menu. The selection for the breakfast was great, both western and local options. They prepare fresh juice and snacks you in every day which was nice. The room was big and spottles. Loved the half outdoor bathroom experience. The bed was big and comfy, so were the pillows. The location was great as there is a huge mall nearby. We rent a scooter for 3 days and visited different places, for example Senggigi. The location was also great for a day trip to Gili Islands.

The food here is exceptional. I have been on a month-long vacation through Asia, and I must say that the cuisine I have enjoyed here might be the best of the entire trip. Additionally, the service was excellent. While service in Indonesia tends to be very good, the staff here truly went above and beyond. It was a nice experience.

This property is spot on! Firstly, we booked the hotel last minute and turned out to be one of our most comfy stay in Indo! Dayu, Jessica, May and the rest of the team went above and beyond. Beautiful property in the heart of Mataram. Everything is well thought of from the moment you contact them, check in, during your stay and before leaving. Love the treats in the room that I get excited about whenever we go home after a long day out. Definitely our most comfy stay in all of Lombok. Please note it's beside a mosque and could hear the prayer call all the time but this did not bother us at all. Thank you very much for the hospitality. We'll be back when Zak and Avi are much much bigger so they don't throw all the rocks in the pond 😄

Ok, lets start from the welcome experiences, the staffs were very nice, my booking was great eventhough it was lastminute book. they provide great welcome drink and welcome snacks. talk about the room, its quite "enough" space. i didnt believe there is a quite place like this in the city. lets talk about the coffee in the room :) it wasn't nescafe :) instead, they provide you great excellent local dripped coffee choice, gave you also platter mix fruits in the fridge, and mid-day treats! definitely recommended for those who wanna have a layover or break from city vibes for 1-2 days.

First and foremost, the room exceeded all expectations. It was not only spacious but exquisitely decorated, creating an ambiance of luxury and comfort. Walking into the room to find a selection of fresh fruits, cold juice, and delicious cookies awaiting me was a delightful surprise. And the cherry on top? A wonderful tea time with delectable little cakes, truly a treat for the senses. The pool area was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether I was lounging by the poolside or taking a refreshing dip, I couldn't help but feel completely rejuvenated. As for dining, the restaurant at Ayom Suites truly impressed me. The menu offered a diverse range of options, and every dish I tried was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The culinary experience here was nothing short of exceptional. However, what truly set Ayom Suites apart was its remarkable staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attentiveness and genuine care for their guests were truly commendable. I was touched by the heartfelt farewell from the staff as I departed, and receiving a sweet message along with a picture we took together after leaving was the icing on the cake. In summary, my stay at Ayom Suites was one of the best experiences I've had so far. From the amazing room to the fantastic amenities, delicious dining options, and outstanding service, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Ayom Suites highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.
